Hi.
Today i went to riggai jawazat for visa renewal of my wife and daughet (wife''s visa expiry was 5th sept, child''s jan 2020). they accepted both applications.
but I got paci payment sms link to pay for wife''s civil id only .
also I came to know through MOI website that they didn''t renew my daughter''s visa. I applied together because they are travelling this month and returning in feb 2020 only. (also did same last year and they stamped together)
what should i do now? is it because the expiry is more than 3 months? I had also put 10 KD stamp on both applications.
If anyone undergone this situation please suggest.

Only 3 months in advance. Or with with the mudir for exception

But how meeting mudeer is possible now, as they just keep the forms and ask us to leave.
how can I collect my form back? is there any way i can collect it and go to mudeer?

For any exceptional cases ,inform the counter staff in advance .. some guys listening and some no .It is very difficult for these kind of issues now .

update:

Today i have received the sms link to pay for my daughter''s civil id.
so, don''t panic if you don''t get the link same day, wait for a day or two.
