You need to serve 3months notice if your contract is not fixed. The present co has to give you the release and if not, file the case in Shoon. Your present co can''t stop you. I would also caution you that be in touch with your new employer and update them so that you get support as and when needed and they don''t back off from hiring you.

but my project manager is not sigining my resignation letter.. what can i do in this case,.. ? how can i submit my resignation if he is not sigining he is telling me that if u want to go shoonu u go ..i know how to manage ? but i alrdy finished more than a year(15 months) after taking release from previous company. can anyone assure that we will get justice if we go to shoon ???

Have you heard of something called email? Keep your mail ID in cc to rcv the copy. You can send the eilan thru court as well. As far as ur present co is concerned, they will try all the drama bcz they know how to manage you but they can''t manage a damn in Shoon. If u want justice, get out of your chair/bed and act.

if we go to shoun shall we get proper justice with in time ...? if they drag the issue for months then i will loose the old job as well as my new job also.. plz advice ... i am in a confusion mode .:(
