I believe this inquiry is for a Medical profession and below are the answers. 1) Documents once submitted will need to go through Foreign Affairs/ Indian Embassy/ Your respective university and college. Once the fee is paid to the university in 1 month''s time the university will stamp after verification and return back to the Foreign Affairs and then to MOHE. Here time is a concern as at some instances the document gets lost in the process and the same will need to be resend. For some whom i know it took 6 months and fot some around 2 years. 2) There is a tracking number provided but however its of no use as they don''t update that system and when we try to call the Kuwait embassy no body gives a clear picture. So basically its just wait patiently and follow up with MOHE 3)Once the MOHE is done. 2 originals will be provided. One need to be kept with you and one to be handed over to the Medical License dept to process the Medical License.

Can someone run me through the entire process? I have to get the equivalent certificate for my wife. She has completed her masters as well, so do we have to do the equivalent for bachelors and masters, or do we only need to do it for the last certificate?
Is there any agent or anyone who could help out with this?
