Hiho
No. Mistake happens when something is unintended. You don''t have to say that it is by galti as it is understood. Mistakes always happen by galti.

The beauty of colloquial language is that it keeps generating the new phrases by adopting the words from ppl & surroundings. I too use the same phrase for fun ;-) "Ghalati se mistake" is a Bambayiya Hindi and it can be taken both ''right'' or ''wrong'' based on what you want to prove. It can either b taken as honest explaination or taken as tautology/redundant bcz ''ghalati'' & ''mistakes'' carry the same meaning, one in Urdu and the other in English. Last but not the least, technically it''s a wrong sentence. Sentence is neither in Hindi nor in Urdu nor in English.
