Need advice on dafter transfer.

Dear IIK members,
My friend left kuwait during the corona time in 2020 without cancelling his visa. He couldn''t come back due to issue in his passport. But He has a car in installment. Last month he paid all the installment.
Now he wants to sell his car, but he is not able to come to kuwait as he got a job in US. Is there any way to transfer the dafter to my name. Kindly advise.

get a lawyer in kuwait to arrange sale in kuwait... there maybe some paper work..check with lawyer

that car under his name?
*copy of dafter
*old civil id copy
*in india make affidavid to your name(kuwait embassy in india to make attn process)
then bring that original to MFO/MOJ to translate to move muroor
at the end you will be owner to sale/scrap under your hand.
but that old guy should not have any legal ban in kuwait
