Arrival at Kuwait and strange behaviour of officer with other nationals

Today morning i arrived to kuwiat from Abu Dhabhi.
At security check before the baggage the officer checks passport for lastdeparture on passport.
He asked question like where you are working why you went to india why come back sort of questions.
The problem is while asking all this the looks the expressions what he gives to passengers is like he didnt respect to any nationalities
Even they dont respond if we say hello or Salaam to them.
If they really dont like this job then why they come and harras other passangers by giving angry looks which is not friendly at all.
Being a passanger we are tired from jurner already and we dont want to face this bad attitute at the entry time in kuwait which can make us sad depressed.
They must change the attitute better if they give friendly apperiance to everyone.
if this post can help to make changes in future for a idea in better controls in friendly behaviour at security check in at airport then it will be great.
