Issue in End of service settlement - asking for court order
posted by Arunkanth Ananthan on Sunday, April 2, 2023
I was terminated from my company recently saying unnecessary reasons. Also now, when comes to the settle of my indemity, the company is asking to go to the court and to get a court order that the settlement is already made and no other pending payments are there between both of us.
Moreover the company is saying that this is their company policy and also urging me cancel or transfer the residancy as soon as possible as I can. I worked in the company for 5.6years and entitled for full indemity.
Dear friends, kindly help me giving a better solution to overcome this issue. Since I know the company is purposely putting a barrier in the name of court orderr before further proceedings.
Iam here with my family and more concerned because of this sitution. I look forward from you all a valuable solution to overcome this issue and any legal procedures to take forward.
Do anyone know any legal consultant to tackle this issue.
Thank you in advance.

Plz learn to ask questions from ur company ppl for the clarity. There is no court order, it''s called BARAAZIMMA. The paper says that there is no dues pending with the company. Since everything is thru bank, this paper isn''t required. You need to deal tactically. I wont advise you to approach the court as it needs time and lots of patience. Transfer the residency soon bcz co won''t pay u till u transfer. After the transfer, tell them to pay thru the bank and then u would give BARAAZIMMA.

What if we prepared this document, handed over to the company and they didn''t pay?
