Silver Star Football Club triumphs Bosco Champions Trophy, 2019

Silver Star FC Transpire as Champions in Bosco Champions Trophy, 2019, the First 7A side tournament which was conducted by Oman Exchange Champions Football Club in association with KEFAK. This soccer banquet was organized under KEFAK in which 18 soccer clubs participated and relentlessly contributed soccer fever among Keralites, even at the busiest stretch of expatriate life. All the teams superintend by the able hands of KEFAK, took part in the systematic and shrewdly executed tournament. Silver Star FC, Blaster FC, Rauda Challengers, and Soccer Kerala marched to the semifinals of the tournament. Soccer Kerala and Silver Star FC continued their winning momentum giving a breathtaking moments for the spectators in the final. Silver Star Fc ruthlessly dismantled Soccer Kerala in the finals and crowned as Champions. Blasters FC finished their race winning the third position in the tournament. When CFC Salmiya became the favorite team of the tournament, Rouda Challengers grabbed the Fair Play award. Sujith from Blasters FC received the Best Goal Keeper award for his breathtaking saves under the bar. Nameer from Silver Star FC was chosen as the Best Defender and Anus from the same team was unanimously selected as the Best Player of the tournament. Dinil from Oman Exchange Champions FC and Shafeek from Mac FC were selected as the favorite players of KEFAK League. They were chosen by online voting.

The evocative tournament was sponsored by Bosco Group of companies. Silver Star FC received the Winners’ trophy from Mr. Vinod Perrera, the Managing Director, Bosco group of companies. The Runner’s up trophy was presented by Mr. Thomas CA, a representative from Arabi Anertech and the 2nd Runners Up Trophy was presented by Mr. Jacob Varghese, Managing Director, Blueline company. Others gifts and trophies were given away by representatives from KEFAK and members of Oman Exchange Champions FC.

The matches were assisted by well trained and experienced referees from KEFAK referee panel and the whole tournament was executed under the supervision of the management members of Oman Exchange Champions FC; Mr. Thomas, Vinoy, Biju, Nelson, Shihab, Jeldo, Nibin, and Girish.
