IES and Jack & Jill celebrated “MY FAVORITE TOY DAY”

It’s a holly jolly Toy day!

Toys play a very important role in a child’s life. Allowing kids to play with toys can be an enjoyable means of training them, building emotional strength for life. Toys not only help children to express their feelings but also help them feel secure. Children learn to use passive knowledge of vocabulary like bounce, cuddle, play etc. Playing with toys develops various gross and fine motor skills, language skills and also improves their visual and auditory senses.

The KG kids of IES and Jack & Jill celebrated “MY FAVORITE TOY DAY” on Thursday, May 2, 2019. This is the day when children brought their favorite toy to school. They arrived at school with bubbling enthusiasm, proudly carrying bag full of toys. The day was full of play and the kids had a big smile on their faces. They learnt to express their feelings and were very excited to speak a few words about their favorite toy. They had a wonderful and memorable time sharing the toys and playing with them. Kids also participated in a colouring activity that was given to them. The day was full of merriment and entertainment creating a perfect learning environment filled with lots of activities.
