Companies not paying salaries by 7th of every month will be blocked

To handle the issue of delay in giving salaries by a number of companies in the private sector, Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has activated the article related to disbursement of salaries for all companies of the private sector, governmental projects, small enterprises, and all activities and professions covered under the labor law of the private sector, local media reported.

According to the report, the files of companies that delay in transferring salaries of its employees by the 8th day of each month will be blocked, indicating that the law has specified the 7th day of each month as the deadline for the transfer of salaries.

The report added that the files of companies that do not abide by this law will be closed.

Ministry of social affairs and labour (MOSAL) not yet to be make strong rules.still most of the company not paying emplayee salary on time..some private company''s not paying 3 to 4 month salary to expert poor emplayees, i.e:general works, labour,including technical staff''s.an also not stamping the visa..i am advising to MOSAL to take action against to cheating company''s.. which is having current projects in kuwait..

Finesco International also same they are not paying 3 month salary. If we ask them salary they said we have vaasta with ministry what to do such company

I am working in Arabi Enertech and have not yet received the salary for the month of February. Hope this new rule by PAM solves the issue.

Government what will do. Nothing will happen. Richest company ( kharafi ) closed. They are running with name of other name ( Kharafi construction). This company still not paid salary today 11 th. Kharafi indeminity and pending salary issue still not solved. Who will take action against them. No use.

its been exact 10 days after the month started and still waiting for the last month( july )salary. around 1000 nurses and techician waiting for salary in Advanced technology company (Atc)
