His Highness the Amir offers condolences over floods in India

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday sent a cable of condolences to Indian President Ram Nath Kovind over heavy rains and overflowing rivers in India's western state of Maharashtra.

In the cable, His Highness the Amir expressed sincere grief toward the victims of floods that resulted in numerous deaths, injuries as well as properties.

He also wished the injured a quick recovery and officials in the country to overcome the effects of this natural disaster.
