Kuwait Acting Deputy FM pays tribute to Sushma Swaraj

Acting Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Sabah Thursday paid tribute to Indian former foreign minister Sushma Swaraj, who passed away two days ago.

Sheikh Ahmad visited the Indian Embassy in Kuwait to pay respect for the deceased, and commended Swaraj's contributions to further promoting and developing relations and cooperation between Kuwait and India.

Sheikh Ahmad also said Swaraj played a leading role at the regional and international levels. Embassy of India had opened a book of condolence for Smt Sushma Swaraj at the Embassy.
