Bhavan’s SIS celebrates Teachers’ Day with Zest

Bhavan’s Smart Indian School celebrated Teachers’ Day in commemoration to the birthday of Dr. SarvepalliRadhakrishnan, second president of India. The day was established for the teachers by the profound philosopher and statesman for his ardent penchant towards the profession that imparts knowledge to the growing minds. In correspondence to this, the school organized and conducted several activities for the Primary and Middle Wing.

The students were overwhelmingly sweet to greet and wish each teacher. The campus bustled with energy and happiness as each classroom was invaded with a lot of surprises and words of love. The students of grade 9 conducted a special assembly to inaugurate this year’s celebration for teachers. The special assembly imparted a meaningful implementation of various importance on the role of teachers. The performances of students made the teachers’ community to stand in awe. The skilful dance moves of grade 6 and 7 students entertained the viewers a lot. Appealing games were organized by the talented students to bring out the joy of physical involvement of teachers in activities. The time moved so swiftly that teachers were all taken aback the way the children carried out the assembly in an adroit manner.

The student teachers who acted as pedagogues of the day took the role sincerely and it enriched and enabled them to act prudently in the profession. The teachers were offered gifts as a souvenir from the management side. Thus the celebration imprinted a lasting remembrance on each staff.
