Yoga is one of the best activities you can do to relax and to help your body become more limber and flexible. Gurukul now presents a Free Workshop on - "Wisdom of Yoga" - for all Men and Women on Thursday, 3rd October 2019 starting from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Yoga Workshop will be conducted by Ms. Leena Devi Joynat. She is 500 RYT Yoga Trainer. Has 2 Years Experience of Teaching Yoga in UK/India/Kuwait. She is certified and trained from Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bangalore, and Vedansha Institute of Vedic Sciences and Alternative Medicine, Rishikesh. She is also trained in Yoga Dsiciplines of Sri Sri Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Student of GuruDev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
