@Raju, we are here (Kuwait/GCC) bcause they did not asked the degree and diploma 50 or 60 years before, many people came here with some talent and some luck with them and they earned money more than a cdoctor or engineer in their own countries, many worked here as labours and domestic workers and now their childeren and grand children are highly educated and they got ability to get highly paid jobs in other countries.
We are here because of our own problems, because of we are greedy.
Nobody promise us Green Card, it is our choice to stay here for 30 and 40 years.
It is human nature to criticize. People are working UK, US or anywhere outside GCC, I am sure their opinion and also more similar to yours Mr. Raju.
Sorry for all these but these are some bitter facts and there are many more like such.

Seems Scorpio from in Health ministry.

Not just 10 Indians. may be 100 Indians after 2014 Modi''s term.
Not just half cost may be for 1/4 salary and @ 1/10 of my skills and experience. I am not that cheap.

More info added to my above comment.
Expensive medicine only for Kuwaitis only panadol like medicine for expats.
Expensive tests and treatment only for Kuwaitis, or you have to wait one year for your term , except they consider only emergency cases of expats.

And.... Coming soon.... Building separate hospital complex only for expats .....
