Arms4u Kuwait Celebrates "OnaPiravi 2019"

On the occasion of Kerala Piravi which falls on November 1, Arms4u Kuwait organized its 2019 Onam celebrations under the title `OnaPiravi 2019' in Abbassiya, Kuwait incorporating it's three core values — Protection and Care for the Environment, Promotion of Arts & Culture and Philanthropy.

President Shri. Alex John welcomed the gathering and General Secretary Shri. Ramesh Nair presented the association portfolio and delivered the annual report which stressed on the need to protect our environment. Ceremonial lamp lighting was done by the Advisory Board members and Executive members.

The event then followed by colourful cultural events including instrumental performances, various singing and dance performances and short dramas/skits performed by Arms4U kids and members giving valuable messages regarding the importance of preserving our environment and its resources.

Treasurer and Program Convener Shri. V Krishnakumar delivered the vote of thanks with a promise of more such wonderful events in the future.

The event concluded with a traditional `Ona Sadya'.

Glad to know about the event.
All the more glad to know the festivities were well organised. The stage decoration too was marvelous.
My best wishes to arms4u for conducting of many such endeavors in the future too.
