New born civil id 20kd fine removel

Hello. Is there anyone who can let me know regarding the new born civil id 20kd fine. There is a fine for 20kd for my baby as his 60 days has passed for proceed civil id paper work. Due to current situation. I would like to know if we can remove the fine. If so please let me know the procedure. It would be helpful if anyone can answer this or contact me 51539363.

Only 20 KD... Pay & free your self.... Why taking tension for only 20 KD.
