Residency for my sibling with disability

I have a younger brother with disability (30yrs) and he already has a disability card from MOH Kuwait , my parents are winding up and as a safety measure I wanted to keep my brother''s residency active, I am his elder sister, married and working and meeting the requirements of salary etc.
Anyone has any expertise / experience on the same how to go about it please would appreciate if you could share the same

It is very difficult to get permission to allow a lady to sponsor someone although you meet the requirements. But you can try your luck at the minsitry.

Hello Ms.D''Mello. To begin with - a big salaam to you for your intention to sponsor & look after your disabled brother.
It is not very clear if your brother is going back with your parents & why is it for ''safety'', you want to keep his residency active here, in Q8.
Anyway this, I feel is a very unique case, so the best option would be to take an arabic speaking friend / acquaintance & approach the mudheer in your Jawahazat and put forth this situation to him / her. Of course carry all documents supporting your case.
