Extent validity of ZAIN network

As my experience the message from Zain following..
Dear customer,
Extend the validity of your line by 6 months for KD 5 only.
Reply with 6 to get the extra validity.
This is a limited time offer.
Dated: Jan-22-2019
Then I follow the steps to extend my line validity upto 180days plus from last expiry date(hence show end of July)
Now I check my line its giving 10-may-2019 expiry date.iam not getting call its barred.so I called C4 of Zain, they said “we should keep balance in credit money in mobile line otherwise this validity not effect upto 180days.even i recharge many time (1.5,3,5kd ext) in same line but nothing added days.
THIS IS NEW WAY OF MAFIA FOR TERMS OF EXTENDED VALIDITY.

Yes we should keep the balance atleast 100 fils in mobile or we will loss the extended validity date if its one month or 1 year.ok.t

this is system BUG they dont have proper programmer to validate this case!
that is no meaning of extent validity.
