Dear Viva users,
please be aware of 3rd party services and its charges:
CooKing 700 FIL weekly, 2.8KD/month
Viva Championship which cost you 200 FIL weekly, 0.8KD/month
Winnit which cost you 150 FIL daily, 4.5KD/month
Greetings which cost you 70 FIL daily, 2.1KD/month
Tweak and Eat which cost you 2000 FIL monthly, 2KD/month
playzone which cost you 700 FIL monthly
Chat Stories which cost you 150 FIL daily, 4.5KD/month
I have been charged 17.4KD extra per month
call customer support. There is a way to cancel these services.

Its happend to me also. If u call or message to viva customer service their reply was u have activated third party services from u r side.

yes also I had faced same. They start these services by themselves.
Better to keep track of your balance and statement weekly or once in 2 weeks...

these frauds have charged me 15 KD for these service which i never activated, I regularly check my balance, but I was out of Kuwait in these days and line was dead. You can easily access to ooredo or zain customer services but VIVA hide this option deep in the calling menu.

Always
1. Sim 1 - Keep your Prepaid Line in Basic Phone with Minimum Balance.
2. Sim 2 - Use Data Line in Smart Phone (Prepaid Data Line Recommended).
3. Try to avoid Postpaid.
