just tell you have some personal problems and resign if you do not want to work..no one is forcing you to work...they will find someone else.. and you can look for some other job....or sponsor...

if u re planning to go just one day before ur residency expires, then i say its a bad bad idea... because, ur company will definitely ask ur passport for renewing ur residency, atleast 10 days prior.. so ur travel plans cud be under risk.. so if u want to escape,do it at least one month prior to your residency expiry..
Ur visa wont be cancelled for atleast six months, since u left kuwait.. or else, ur company will have to file an absconding case on u and get ur visa cancelled.. but that may create problems in future for getting visa from another company..

Search a job. 3 months before residence expiry, start fighting so that you are terminated. In return you get indemnity and release. Co. is happy and you are also happy.

Don''t plan such an stupid idea friend, ask your company for release and transfer if possible or tell clearly that you want to leave the company.
And one more thing your joining date October 2019 ??? How possible, Could not clear...
