Kaffala transfer system and work permit issuance

Dear friends,
How much days it will take for transfer for residency from one company after submitting passport and signed kaffala ( from both companies)?
I heard that there is some online access to see updates for work permit and old company manager has to approve for work permit?
1-anyone recently gone through this recently?.
2- Can we access online as 3rd party about the work permit issuance and transfer from some mobile app?

Yes .. I have done last week. It''s took all together one week. My previous sponsor took 3 days only sign. All from previous and new sponsor akkama all took one week....this is depend on new company mandoop ( representative....).
