I am Mukesh Prajapat. I have two and half Years of experience as an Admin Assistant.

? Assisting in basic arrangements for client visit & meeting in the office, Handling E-mails, facilities etc.

? Preparing Monthly Payroll, Company Invoices, Daily expenses and transportation.

? Maintain petty cash and payment vouchers, confidential records and documents and making them available whenever required.

? Maintain employee level & module data, Absence management.

?Input Product information in Database. Excel (pivot table, lookup).

? Preparing excel reports, presentation and management of data.

? Coordinate with drivers, labors and fleet supervisor.

? Data entry, Bills print and collect: such as Invoice, Delivery Note,

? Making Labor deployment and arranging labors. ? Vehicle maintains and fuel details.

? Vehicle maintains and fuel details.

? Maintaining Office Filing.

? Inventory Controller.

? Develop & maintain an excellent working relationship with staff.

? Well versed with MS-Office application (word, excel, power point, internet, Outlook).
