Maintaining the Purchase Invoice of Suppliers, Sales billing Receipts, Payments, Bank Reconciliation Statement ,General Ledgers, Office Expenses bills, Issuing Cheques to Suppliers, Collection of Payments from Sundry Debtors, Petty Cash etc.

Good Knowledge of MS Office ( EXCEL V-lookup, H-lookup, & all excel formulas

Good Knowledge of MS Word Documentation

Preparing the Invoices, & Quotation & Letter Drafting to the Clients

Preparing the Word Documentation Files changing and Modifying word Document files ,Letter Drafting to the Clients and Suppliers.

Preparing Manpower Supply Salary Statement sheet & Calculations of OT Hours.

Preparing Employee Attendance daily wise excel sheet

Knowledge of Document Controller (scan of company documents Filing, sorting &electronic stored data or hard copy documentation ,keeping record of file name, distribute the file when required to consent department

Handling all Incoming and Outgoing Emails , Scanning Documents , Etc.

Coordinate Office activities & Operation

Responsible for keeping inventory Orders of all office suppliers & placing Orders.

Knowledge of Converting the PDF files to Word Files & Merge all PDF Files one PDF Files

Dealings with Suppliers and Clients via emails & Telephones
Knowledge of Accounts (Purchase,Sales,General Ledgers,Receipts,Payments,Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement, Issuing Cheques to the Suppliers,Sending Monthly Statement to the Client, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Sundry Creditors, follow up Payments from the Clients,Debt note & Credit note, Sales Register, Purchase Register, Handling all monthly expenses ,Finalization of trading Profit & loss a/c and Balance sheet

Good Knowledge of TALLY ERP 9.0 ,

MS Office - Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, & all excel formulas, Word Documentation
