Step.1: Visit MOI website
Step.2: Click Gen. dept. Of residency.
Step.3: Choose Enquiries.
Step.4: Select Passport Info Update
Step 5: Select application type as Passport details change.
Step 6 : Enter the civil id number.
Step.7: Enter the Passcode received from MOI and check the status.
Step.8: If the status shows that the your request is under study, wait for a week.
Step.9: Directly visit the website Health insurance payment , just enter the family members civil id and check your applicant passport details got updated, proceed with Insurance payment.
