A leading real-estate company is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both languages. This position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in reception or customer service roles (Male Candidate).
Responsibilities:
 Attends to inquiries from existing tenants/potential tenants or any others.
 Provides requested information to the tenant or any others upon enquiry.
 Brings to the attention of management and concerned department the problems and complaints of mall tenants.
 Remains well abreast of activities within the property so as to provide them as information to the tenants.
 Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.
 Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
 Strong knowledge base and technical skills in public relations and customer service activities.
 Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
 Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 Professional appearance and demeanor.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus (Male candidate).
