We are currently seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Service Admin cum Advisor to enhance our service delivery and client interactions for Diesel Garage in Ahmadi

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice.
Send Quotations to Company and Follow up
Create and maintain job cards, ensuring accurate billing and service records.
Offer detailed explanations of repair processes and costs to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Requirements:

Experience in customer service or administration within an automotive or mechanical repair setting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred.
