The site visit will be conducted Mid of July 2024 so each contractor company has to allow 2 nominees, to send their (CID & PP Copy) information to the USA base camp before July 1, 2024.
The duration of this contract is a (5) years ordering period.
The minimum guarantee amount of this contract is $10,000,000.00.
Scope of Works:
The scope of this work is “routine” installation, maintenance, alteration, and repair services.
The scope of the services that could be executed under this contractor includes such tasks as (but is not limited to) regular maintenance services on facility building systems and components such as HVAC, power generation, structural systems and roofs, communication systems, fire protection, elevators, and security systems to include cameras, CCTV systems, etc.
The contract will also allow for the repair and/or replacement of specific building systems, equipment, and infrastructure that have fallen into disrepair, procurement support (such as for spare parts, consumables, or other facility-related equipment), and for minor construction incidental to, or in support of the services required for an effective operations & maintenance (O&M) program.
Routine alteration and repair services involve non-complex work such as painting or carpeting, simple hanging of drywall, everyday electrical or plumbing work, HVAC (such as removal and replacement of a compressor) and similar noncomplex services.
Complex real property alterations, such as actions which require formal design (i.e., Architect -Engineer) services to execute successfully, may be outside the scope of this work.
The Contractor shall have or have the ability to acquire professional or certified services for specialty systems, including (but not limited to) those listed below:
• Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems
• Municipal Pumping Systems
• Fire Alarm/Fire Protection Systems
• Control Systems
• Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS)
• CCTV, FLIR, and other Camera Systems
