Dear Contractors,
The American base operations intend to participate in the subject tender by contractors, so send your best quote to the American base directly and attend the site visit.
Potential Offerors who plan to attend the site visit shall provide the name and positional title, telephone number, as well as the Company Name and Address, of ALL attendees to Stephen Gomes no later than Sunday, June 28, 2024, at noon Eastern Time.
The Site Visit attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) persons per Contractor. Potential Offerors shall provide, copies of their Kuwait Civil or Mobile ID’s, or Passport Bio Page two days before the visit.
The site visit will be conducted on July 30, 2024, in Buehring Army Camp.
Please be informed that the Bid submission deadline date is August 14, 2024
