Report on Achiever’s Day Celebration at IIS on 22nd May 2024.

The Achiever’s Day Ceremony at the Integrated Indian School on 22nd May 2024 was a grand event that recognized and honored the academic excellence and dedication of students across various grades. The ceremony commenced with the Kuwait National Anthem, a tribute to the host nation. An Islamic prayer followed, invoking blessings for the event and the attendees.

The programme was inaugurated with a lighting of the lamp by the Principal Mrs. Ritu Mathur, Vice Principal Mrs. Husena Ali Asgar Khedawala, Head Mistress Mrs. Jinshy Ajish and Supervisors. A mesmerizing invocation dance set the tone for the celebrations, showcasing the cultural heritage and artistic talents of the students. The Principal delivered an inspiring welcome speech, congratulating the students on their achievements and encouraging them to continue striving for excellence. Students from Classes 1 to 5 were felicitated for their remarkable performance. The young achievers proudly received their awards, celebrated for their hard work and dedication.

A melodious song performance followed, uplifting the spirits of the audience and adding a musical note to the celebrations. Students from Classes 6 to 8 were honored next. Their achievements were acknowledged with applause as they took the stage to receive their accolades.

A vibrant dance performance highlighted the importance of parents in a child's life. This thematic dance, was a heartfelt tribute to the role of parents in nurturing and supporting their children. Students from Classes 9 and 11 were recognized for their outstanding academic records. Their achievements were celebrated with enthusiasm, and they were presented with awards. A Nukkad Natak (street play) provided a dramatic and engaging interlude, addressing pertinent social issues and showcasing the students' theatrical talents.

The highlight of the event was the felicitation of students from Classes 10 and 12 for their board exam results. These students were lauded for their exceptional performance in the most critical academic stage. A heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by the Head Mistress Mrs. Jinshy Ajish, expressing gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the event, including Principal, Vice Principal, teachers, parents, students and the supporting staff. The Indian National Anthem was sung with great pride, bringing the event to a patriotic close. The Achiever’s Day celebration at IIS was a testament to the hard work and excellence of its students, providing a platform to recognize their achievements and motivate them for future endeavors.
