Amma Kuwait, an organization dedicated to humanitarian activities, is conducting a FREE Training workshop of “Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique” (IAM20) on January 24th for the benefit of public in Kuwait aged 18 and above.
Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAM) is a unique blend of yogic stretches for relaxation, breathing exercises and visualization. Knowing very well the challenges faced by the modern-day people, IAM® 20 is carefully and specifically designed for working people and takes just 20 minutes a day.
IAM training is being conducted FREE in Kuwait, by Brahmachari Amit, certified teacher, from Mata Amritandamayi Math, India, as part of “Amrita Pravaah-25” celebrations.
