April 18th 2025 last date to replace old bank notes

The Central Bank of Kuwait, on Wednesday, said that the last date for replacing the fifth series of banknotes, which is now not in circulation, with the current sixth series will be on April 18th 2025.

The Central Bank explained that any one still holding the old banknotes wont be able to replace it after this date.

Nelson Tuesday, September 3, 2024 I have some Kuwait curency before the year of 1990, is it can be changed before the 18th April 25th.
Dr.Rama Swami Thursday, July 18, 2024 Good , It Seems The Bank Notes Which is not in circulation is still Valid for replacement In Kuwait, Unfortunately I have hard earned 8K INR which i kept with me not valid because of Demonetization ( Note Bandi ) .
