Embassy of India launch free shuttle service for visitors

The Embassy of India in Kuwait launched a free Shuttle Vehicle service from the entrance of the Diplomatic Enclave to the Embassy premises.

This endeavor is part of the Embassy’s commitment to address and resolve all genuine concerns and problems faced by the Indian Community in Kuwait, Embassy said in a press release.

All visitors to the Embassy, especially the elderly, families with young children, and people with mobility issues who will be given priority, are encouraged to use the Shuttle service.

The Shuttle service will start from 7:00 am till 4:00 pm on all working days, Embassy informed. The service will be completely free of charge for all visiting the embassy.

The Shuttle service will be operated observing all the health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19.

As the entry to the Embassy compound is now shifted from the main road, people need to walk a long distance to reach embassy. Cars are also not allowed inside the diplomatic area due to security restrictions. The free shuttle vehicle service will be very helpful to 100s of people visiting the embassy every day for various services, specially the summer season is approaching.
