Probe against expat employee for stealing items from work place

A 40-year-old expatriate, who works at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), was referred to the Al-Qashaaniyah Investigation Department to interrogate him on the discovery of 145 iron clips inside his vehicle.

According to local Al-Anba daily report, the expatriate is a security and safety staff at KOC and he was found to be stealing from the company’s headquarters. He was arrested and a thorough search of his private car led to the discovery of several items belonging to the company he works for, specifically Rawdatain field.

The report added that the expatriate admitted that he stole the items for his own benefit and investigations are ongoing to shed light on the expatriate’s previous thefts.
