A land not far from here, across the Arabian Sea
Where the richest of cultures and traditions thrive
And mesmerizing landscapes speckled with miraculous beauty
Oh yes siree, I’m speaking of that magnificent and matchless
My homeland Mother country.
Heavenly from north to south,
Adorned like a deity from east to west
Her divine presence atop the Indian Ocean,
Spreads sanctity across the seven seas and the far lands.
She is graced with the serene splendor of the Himalayas
And spattered with the gushing Peninsular Rivers
She is like none and nothing can silence her elegance
She feeds us with bountiful harvests
And cries tears of joy during the monsoons
She is splattered with Countless festivals throughout the year
Which brings all her children together, diverse as they may be
As one indivisible and devoted family
She holds within her the most unique of heritages and civilizations
And has brought forth the bravest of kings and the strongest of leaders
She has survived from the hands of the cruel British,
And rose with pride as a sovereign and republic state.
Words are hard to derive, to match the wonders of our Incredible nation
Held together by the love of its people, who are Inseparable
She is one of a kind, second to none, Incomparable and matchless
Who is this, blessed with such qualities?
She is my INSEPARABLE, INCOMPARABLE and INCREDIBLE MOTHER INDIA.
