Life Skills Workshop at SIMS

A Life Skills workshop was conducted at Salmiya Indian Model School in collaboration with Universal Institute for Private Training and Sky Education Foundation, Mumbai on April 20, 2019.

The workshop was attended by a number of Indian, bilingual, Pakistani and British Curriculum schools’ representatives.

The workshop was started by recitation of Holy Quran and followed by introduction of Sky Education, Mumbai India by Dr. Anis Ahmed director SIMS. Mrs. Mazhar of Universal institute welcomed all the respected guests who had spared their valuable time.

Mr. Danish Aga the co founder of Sky education, Mumbai, India who is engaged in setting up educational and young learners development programs in India, took up the workshop explaining the importance of life skills in today’s world and engaging the attendees with some interesting activities. He also explained that Sky education Life skills curriculum was created to achieve UN sustainable development goals based on the guidelines of WHO World Health Organization and the schools could contact Universal institute for further contact and details.

The audience actively participated in the workshop with a conclusion that Life skills is the key to a successful life today and tomorrow.
At the end of the program, a certificate of participation was awarded to all attendees.

A vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Fathima from Universal institute which was followed by lunch. The program was ably conducted by Ms. Mehwish of Salmiya Indian Model School.
