Minister V Muraleedharan held discussion with Kuwaiti officials

Visiting Indian Minister of State for External Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs Sri V Muraleedharan today held discussion with Minister of State for Economic Affairs Mariam Al-Aqeel and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Kuwait H E Khaled Al-Jarallah.



Minister had discussed various issues related to the Indian community in Kuwait including the certification issues faced by Indian engineers and Nurses, problems faced by Indian domestic workers in Kuwait etc.

The two sides also discussed bilateral relations, regional and international issues.

The meeting was attended by Assistant Foreign Minister for Asia Affairs Ambassador Ali Al-Saeed, Deputy Foreign Minister for Bureau Affairs of the Deputy Foreign Minister Counsellor Talal Al-Shatti.



Minister V Muraleedharan reached Kuwait yesterday on a two day official trip. He had met the Indian community yesterday at Salmiya Millenium Hotel. Minister also visited the Indian Embassy shelter and also visited the work place of NBTC group, where large numbers of Indians are working.
