STECI, Sevini Samajam Conducted One day Retreat

St. Thomas Evangelical Church of India, Kuwait Parish Sevini Samajam (Ladies Wing) conducted its one-day retreat at KTMCC hall of NECK on 09th Nov 2019 from 9.00 A.M as a part of its calendar year program. The retreat was inaugurated by the parish Vicar Rev. John Mathew. The program commenced with the opening prayer by Mrs. Leni Anitha Thomas and welcome speech by Mrs. Anu George Varughese. The session of the retreat was led by Rev. Anish Mathew (Secretary Board for Youth Works STECI) based on the theme “Living on Purpose for Him”. Women members talents were shown through some competitions such as bible quiz, solos and duets. The Prizes were distributed to all winners. Mrs. Sissy John Thomas (Former Sevini Samajam Secretary) presented the annual report. Retreat was concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs.Jaimole Roy. Closing prayer was done by Mrs. Mariamma Oommen and benediction by Rev. John Mathew
