Citizen from 8 banned countries can submit visit visa application without air ticket

Visit Visa application for those nationals who are banned from entering the country can be submitted to the departments concerned with receiving applications for security approval without the need of a return air ticket on national carrier.

According to reports, the Residency Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Interior directed to receive the application from nationals of those banned country for security clearance without insisting on return air ticket on national carrier. However the ticket must be procured once the sponsor obtains security approval from the concerned authorities of the Interior Ministry.

The interior ministry prohibits the entry of citizens from eight countries - Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Syria, Yemen and Sudan - into Kuwait without high-level security approvals. Visit visa application from citizen of these countries must be submitted for high-level security approvals.
