Ministry ban sale of water pistols, water balloons till March 31st

The Ministry of Trade and Industry issued an administrative decision to ban the sale of water pistols and small balloons filled with water and foam cans during the national holiday period.

According to the decision, based on the public interest, the sale and circulation of these items are prohibited from February 20 until March 31. The materials, which are banned includes water pistols of all kinds, Small balloons filled with water, Dangerous materials such as fireworks, air balloons with a pyrotechnic flame, bladed weapons, rifles, similar pistols, and self-defense weapons including swords, daggers, darts and their blades, non-medical electric shock machines, double-edged or half-edged knives, etc.
