Indian Ambassador called on head of Planning and Development Council

Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Dr Adarsh Swaika today called on the Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development (SCPD) Dr. Khaled A. Mahdi.

Ambassador discussed with Dr. Khaled A. Mahdi regarding the strong prospects of bilateral cooperation in digital public infrastructure, higher education, investments and infrastructure development between India and Kuwait.

SCPD supervise the development of the future vision, identify the State’s strategic goals and design development strategies and plans and the programmes of action of the government in the state of Kuwait.
