Ministry of Interior has introduced a service for checking the biometric completion status using the unified government application, Sahel. Announcing the launch of the new service intended to help people verify whether they needed to perform the biometric fingerprinting or it is completed. He added that the service can be accessed through the ‘Security services’ section within the application. To check your biometric status, Open your Sahel app and click on the "Service" section at the bottom. (Second button from right on the bottom bar) From the services list, click on the "Ministry of Interior" From the sub menu appearing below the Ministry of Interior, click on the Inquire biometric appointment button, which is the second last option in the sub menu. This will open up a page where you can inquire the status by entering the Civil ID number. If your Biometric is successfully completed, the next page will show a Green tick. Or else a Red tick.
