Kuwait - UAE discussed security coordination to prevent entry of deported expatriates

A bilateral security meeting between Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates discussed various topics including electronic link between two countries to coordinate the deportation of expatriates.

According to Al-Rai Arabic news paper report, the electronic link will be used to prevent the entry of expatriates deported from either country after their deportation.

The report also added that work on this project will take place during the coming period to raise the level of coordination in exchanging and circulating the names and details of those deported from the two countries via electronic security link.

The meeting also discussed the security coordination between Kuwait an UAE regarding traffic violation and the coordination to detect vehicles whose license plates are forged by some people in the two countries.
