Are you taking care of your body and mind? Doing Yoga will bring a positive change by making us physically, mentally, and spiritually fit.

To celebrate the International Day of Yoga, Indiansinkuwait.com- IIK announces Yoga Digital Poster making for Kids.

Digital Poster making is for Kids 5th to 12th standard students. Take a picture of you doing any of your favourite Yoga pose. Using that picture, (you as model) make a Digital Poster with atleast one benefit of that Yoga pose. Digital Poster to be submitted in jpg or pdf format only.

Pictures should be sent along with Name of the Participant, Class, School and Contact details to the Whatsapp number 60013210. The Last date to submit your pictures is 15th June 2024.
