POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

Dear IIK viewers
Please advise on the followings:-
Came to Kuwait directly from India on article 18 last July 2016 as a operations manager,
this September my visa got expired , due to some company problem at ministry of social affairs company could not renew my residence, hence they stamp article 14 ( temporary residence) due to some emergency i had to rush to India on article 14. ( could not come back) company sent me visit visa due to urgency of work in the company. Now company is issuing me work visa, and i am planning to go to Bahrain and come back on article 18. In this scenario is it necessary to get PCC to stamp residence if YES from where to apply ? please advise, little confused
