11:20 am: Reached at the traffic deptt office for the second time
01:40 pm: Tokens written on a plain paper with a marker was handed over by the officer by calling names
01:42 pm: After inquiring where to go, it was informed to come back at 04:00 pm
03:45 pm: Reached at the traffic deptt. Office for the third time
04:00 pm: Signing officer informed to line in batch of 20 people
05:38 pm: Document submitted to officer for signing. Informed by the officer to sit and wait
06:20 pm: name was called to take the snap since my license was 10 years old
06:55 pm: name was called to handover the license.
