Bhavans Smart Indian School marks the Earth Day

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

Earth Day is important. It educates us about what we have and what we are losing by acting in ways that are not environmentally friendly or energy efficient. Earth Day reminds us that we need to act now to protect our environment before it is too late.

Our precious planet needs our caring touch. As the inhabitants of Earth, it is our foremost duty to purify and preserve its finite resources. We can save our planet Earth from destruction through plantation, fighting with pollution, keeping our environment clean and saving natural resources.

All the nations of the world should work together and take measures to control environmental pollution and global warming. Every year on 22nd April Earth Day is observed around the world. With lots of spirit, Kindergarten wing of Bhavans Smart Indian School and Jack & Jill organized the most exciting and enlightening virtual Earth Day on 22 April 2021. The day was aligned with the below mentioned activities in which every student and teacher actively participated with great zeal.

LKG students had expressed their thoughts and views artistically by coloring the Earth Day activity and represented Earth Day by wearing the bands on their heads which were fabulously embellished by them.

A fun-filled Earth Day paper folding surprise activity was conducted. It was a joyful moment to see all the UKG students participate enthusiastically by drawing and coloring it attentively. It proved to be one of the finest activities on record.

Ms. Rajni Menon, KG Supervisor, stated that essence of this event must be put into practice by all and contribute to a cause, thus making the effort complete. And she placed on record her sincere thanks to all the thoughtful teachers and amazing kids.
