Tamilnadu Engineers Forum (TEF), Kuwait is a leading Engineers Association, the one & only ISO 9001:2015 certified non-Profitable organization, registered with the Indian Embassy, Kuwait. TEF with an active membership of more than 550 Engineers from the state of Tamilnadu, have been effectively contributing to the growth of various sectors in Kuwait.
TEF organized the “SPEAK UP” “Public Speaking” Training Program for TEF Children on 11th & 12th April 2024 during the Eid holidays. The training program was conducted for two days, with day one for 8th & 9th Std. and day one for 10th, 11th & 12th Std. students.
“Speak Up” - Skill Development (Public Speaking) Training Course was organized to improve the communication skills of the Children. Well experienced trainers conducted the training course and trained the children in (a) Basics of Communication, (b) Writing for a Speech, (c) Formula for Good Speech, (d) Source for Content and ( e) Body language. In addition, practice sessions were conducted for the Children.
TM Bala Muthukumaran, Senior Toastmaster in Kuwait, Past President in South Kuwait-Toastmaster Club and Rising Star Toastmaster Club and Senior Counselor in Gavel Clubs in Kuwait led the training program. In addition, senior toastmasters provided support in facilitating the session.
Program Started @ 2.00 PM with Tamil Thai Vaazhthu and ended at 7.00 PM on both days.
TEF-2024 committee welcomed the Trainers TM Bala Muthukumaran, Director MAVEN Academy & TM Gnanavendan, Instrument Engineer, KNPC Kuwait and they conducted the event in a most professional way.
Participants participated with lot of enthusiasm and interaction and well appreciated by the trainers. During the group discussion, TEF children shared their knowledge and displayed their talents. During Table Topics discussion, trainers commented on the innovative ideas, inherent talents and the body language of the children.
It was a wonderful training program with highly interactive sessions. Both the trainers were felicitated with mementos.

In the year 2024, TEF has scheduled to organize 8th EEA & 15th Technical Conference, which will be conducted on 10th October 2024 (Thursday) with a Theme of “Redefine the World using (Cutting-Edge & Bleeding-Edge) Technologies”

Engr. Kapil organized the audio/ video support to the program with live telecast in zoom.
The program came to an end with feedback session and refreshments.
